Operations Department

The Operations Department is the beating heart of our Company; it is the only department responsible for ensuring the successful management of all operations and the achievement of the highest revenues and aspired results. This department follows up on the products and services lines and ensures their availability and timely supply and delivery. Furthermore, it is also responsible for the products and services quality assessment and ensures their compliance with the highest standards, not to mention its role in following-up on the work in the different branches, overcoming any shortage, solving any problem that may arise in the plan of the product line, in addition to other logistic and administrative functions and responsibilities. Finally, coordination with other departments, especially the Marketing Department to attract a larger  base of clients and achieve more profits also come under its responsibility.
