Administrative Affairs and Human Resources Department

This department provides a healthy and safe environment to all Company’s employees in order to encourage them to be more creative and productive. Additionally, it  launches incentive initiatives to maintain the highest levels of performance. This department also recruits and hires only the most serious and hard-working employees through whom  the Company’s goals and  long-term business relations are built. This is a clear reflection of the Company’s general interest. . Moreover, the Training Team is responsible for providing training programs that contribute to developing the employees’ skills and qualifying them in a way that suits the Company’s position.
